Last updated: May 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy sets out the terms under which Yatendi, a product operated by Vitzi Tech LLC, uses and protects the information that its users and customers provide when using the site yatendi.com and the associated services.
Yatendi is committed to the security of its users' data. When we request personal information that can identify you, we do so ensuring that it is only used in accordance with the terms of this document. This Policy may change over time or be updated, so we recommend reviewing this page regularly to make sure you agree with any such changes.
Information we collect
Yatendi may collect personal information such as your name, contact details (email, WhatsApp number), business name, and demographic information. When necessary, we may request specific information to provide a service or respond to your inquiries (for example, product catalog data, business hours, or the commercial workflows of the business that will be served by the agent).
Use of the information collected
We use the information to provide the best possible service: maintaining a record of users, configuring and operating the conversational agent, improving our products and services, and sending you relevant communications (product updates, news, support). These emails or messages can be canceled at any time by replying "STOP" or writing to info@yatendi.com.
Yatendi is committed to keeping your information secure. We use encrypted infrastructure (AWS), good security practices, and constantly update our systems to prevent unauthorized access.
WhatsApp and Instagram conversations
So that the agent can serve your business's end customers, we process the messages exchanged through the connected channels (WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, web widget). These messages are stored securely and used only to:
- Generate automatic responses using language models.
- Keep customer memory to resume future conversations.
- Show you the conversations in your dashboard.
- Improve service quality (using aggregated and anonymized data).
We do not sell or share the content of conversations with third parties for advertising purposes.

This site may contain links to other sites that may be of interest to you. Once you click these links and leave our page, we no longer have control over the site you are redirected to and are therefore not responsible for the terms, privacy, or protection of your data on those sites. We recommend you review the privacy policies of each one.
Control of your personal information
You may restrict the collection or use of your personal information at any time. When asked to fill out a form, you can check or uncheck the option to receive information by email. If you subscribed to our newsletter or marketing, you can cancel it whenever you want.
Yatendi will not sell, transfer, or distribute the personal information collected without your consent, except when required by a competent judicial authority.
